- 04 · Turnkey quoteWe price the furniture, shipping and customs to your address. You see the total and the timeline before you pay.
- 05 · Contract and paymentWe sign a contract that sets out the order, the total, the timeline and the payment terms.
- 06 · ProductionThe factory makes your furniture. When it is ready, we send you a photo and video report.
- 07 · Inspection and loadingWe inspect every piece at the factory and pack it for shipping. The order is consolidated at our warehouse and loaded into a container.
- 08 · DeliveryWe deliver where we agreed: to your warehouse, your site or your door.

A similar Italian leather sofa costs from €12,000 in a European showroom. With us it is $4,500 ex-factory, with delivery and customs quoted separately. The final price depends on the model, materials and destination country.

Questions and answers
Yes. Every model is made to order — in the sizes, fabrics, leather, stone and finishes you need. If you have a design project, we work from it.
Production takes 35–45 working days after the deposit; the exact time depends on the factory and the model. Delivery time depends on the country. We state production and delivery times in the quote before payment.
We work only with vetted factories and visit production sites and showrooms in person. Before shipping we inspect every piece and send you photos and videos of the finished furniture.
First we price the order item by item and you approve it as a whole. Then we calculate delivery and customs to your address. Payment is made under a contract, in one of two ways: a 50% deposit and 50% before the order is shipped, or 100% upfront.
We arrange it, the client pays for it. Delivery and customs are calculated separately after the order is priced, and you see the cost before payment.
Yes, there is no minimum order. You can order one sofa or table, or furnish a whole villa or apartment — furniture, lighting and bathroom fittings.
The factory confirms the defect and remakes the piece, and we ship the replacement to you.
